This Privacy Policy applies to people who visit Formo, create an account, use an organisation workspace, apply for work, manage work requests, or otherwise interact with the Formo platform.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to run a construction labour marketplace and work administration platform. This may include account and contact details, profile and work preference information, organisation and company information, job and application records, onboarding and verification information, messages, notifications, attendance and timesheet records, uploaded files, generated documents, support requests, device information, security logs, and usage data.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate organisation workspaces, display profiles and work opportunities, support applications and onboarding, help users communicate, record work activity, generate platform records, provide support, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve Formo.
Sharing and visibility
Information is shared according to the feature being used, the role of the user, and the relationship between the relevant labourer and organisation. For example, profile, portfolio, job, application, work request, message, onboarding, and timesheet information may be visible to authorised users where needed to arrange or administer work.
